Anyone else afraid of vomiting?

The title says it all, some nights I can't sleep and I sleep every night with a trash can next to my bed because I'm afraid of throwing up and I carry a plastic bag in my purse with me when I go out.

I am too I hate it so much I will do anything not to because I worry it heraldsl the start of a serious illness even if it's just a bug I try so hard and hang onto nausea when I'd be better throwing up its horrible Nicollette
