drs appointment for arm dent

I have decided to go to the drs about my aching arm with a dent in it which has appeared since it starting aching....terrified of going hate the thought of this fueling my anxiety again....but if i have some horrible disease i need to know . If i hadnt have had these unexplained twitches and aching arm first thing in the morning id not be going but this is it now....i need to know why this has happened .
