Vision Changes

It usually only happened when on the computer and I was really worried about it but did want to see an optometrist or something. However, after having a panic attack and constantly worrying I feel like its detrimental and it's something worse. Light spots pop up here and there. It doesnt happen often and I do frequently stay on the computer for long periods. Can anxiety make this work and has any one else had just small spots of light appear than disappear in your vision? Thanks

Yes, I've had flashes out of the corner of my eye. It's listed in the anxiety symptoms page on this site ("symptoms" tab on the left of the screen). In my case it's caused by dry eyes, in turn caused by anxiety. Sitting in front of a screen for long periods can cause or exacerbate this, it may be advisable to see an optician in case they can prescribe anti-glare glasses while you use the computer, and they may be able to advise you on artificial tear eye-drops. :)
