itching is driving me mad

I itch terribly at night, its literally disturbing my sleep! of course I have a lymphoma fear and am petrified now but I just got some normal bloods back two days ago.?

hi ive been itching for nearly 3 years daily on and off, i get a hive type rash where ive been itching for so long ive had normal blood tests and even been to see a dermo at first they thought it may be to do with low ferritin but now there saying its from stress, im trying to break the itch scratch cycle and its very difficult lol just by trying not to scratch when i itch im not doing very well at the moment cuz i cant stop scratching x:hugs:
