neck feels swollen

can anyone help with this one. over the past few months my neck has felt swollen on my left side, went away for a fews days there but has come back again tonight, maybe its just my mins but it feels bigger, and like its growing inside me

anyone ever had this before?

sounds like your glands r up to me. i had this for bloody ages and it really worried me, but it is really nothing to worry about.
