Had a doozey two nights ago. after dinner all relatively calm a just sitting on the verandah having a smoke. Stood up to come inside and went from my resting heart rate to panic in a split second. Phoned my buddy who asked what my pulse was, so I put my pulse oximetre on my finger and it showed I had 97% oxygen saturation with a heart rate of 197bpm. After 20 minutes it was 180, and after 2 hours back down to 120. My resting rate is generally 70-80 but when in bed it is 55-60bpm.
Scared the crappola out of me it did. As there was no pre-anxiety and no build up.
