Hi, new to forum, not new to anxiety!

Hi everyone, my name is Caroline, I am 35 and have been suffering from anxiety for about 11 years now, I am going through a particularly big episode of it at the moment, hence why I came here to get some support and chat with other people going through the same things.

I'm the same age as you and have suffered with anxiety since a child but wasn't properly diagnosed until about 10 ten years ago. Since that time I have been on meds and had CBT.
