Stiff neck hard to keep my head up

Hi all
I have just got a really achy stiff pain in my neck that is very uncomfortable. It doesn't feel any better when I lay down and it feels hard to keep my head up. My head also feels very woozy and strange so Im just a little bit worried.

I used to get the stiff neck, can't hold my head feeling which was also come with slight jerks. It really is tension. You hold all the tension in your neck shoulders/upper back.

Hi, I get pains in my neck too, I also get this horrible and strange feeling as if some liquid is going down the inside of my neck (difficult to describe lol).

I've tried to stretch my neck before, just to try and stop all this creaking, pain and stiffness in my neck....... that didnt end well :doh: I ended up pulling a muscle or something else in my neck.
