sinus/nasal cancer fear - im really scared

hi there, ive had a cold for the past few days and when i blow my nose i get a beating sensation in one nostril, ive never had this before and im freaking out. do you think this could be a symptom of nasal cancer? im so worried. has anyone had this before? any ideas wat it could be?

I had oral cancer and like oral cancer, sinus cancer doesn't present itself like that. If you're still concerned, see your doctor.
