MRI Results: What the heck is this thing?!!

So I finally got my MRI and MRA this morning, and this image out of all of them popped out at me. I don't know if it's an aneurysm, cancer, tumor, MS or what, but it looks like there's a rock in my brain :huh:

There is no way we can tell you what it is.

What did the consultant say?

He doesn't see me till the 22nd, but I called him for the radiologist report and he said signs of brain atrophy but needs a clearer image and is scheduling another MRA with contrast this time. I just hope to god it's not an aneurysm >.<
