Do you think if you believe you're going to die or that something is wrong with you enough your body would actually do it.
I'm trying not to think this way anymore, and catastastrophise, but if you can make yourself heal and feel better with your mind, is the opposite true too?
I'm slightly worried, even though this may sound a tad crazy
