Bad Panic Attack

Hi all. In need of some support. I have Emetophobia and a fear of going to the toilet. This morning im having an extremely bad panic attack :weep: I dont know what to do anymore :weep: Can anyone offer some advice?

Hi I have just seen your post and hope you are feeling a bit calmer now? Have you had any therapy such as cbt to help you?

Hope you're feeling a bit better now, bathgal. Why are you scared of vomiting, out of curiosity? Just cos it feels bad?
