scared of tests

Hi hope someone can help...the hospital phoned me today and said there was an appointment on saturday for me to have a colonscopy and endiscope (spelling ) are they supposed to do them both together and im apsolutley bricking it even worried about taking the prep whats going to happen help im soooo scared :weep::weep:

No where near as bad having it as the thought of it is, I think that that is half the problem with HA you can suffer all the symptoms of a disease but because you don't actually have it then theorectically you cant cure it unlike the real thing,
