my name is kate and i'm 25 yrs old! i've been suffering rom panic disorder for about 3 months or so now!

i feel better just knowing that there are other people suffering like me and who undertand what it's like to go through!

I'm glad you know that you are not alone. I am also 25 and have been feeling this way for about 2 years. I have good days and bad days as I'm sure you do. I am here if you need anything.
