I recently broke up with my boyfriend of 11 years. He had been cheating, yes ladies I read his phone. But, the next day instead of coming home and talking about it he went out and didn't come home. So, I went out with friends from working ended up getting into a physical altercation with him. Mind you he has hitten me many times in the past. He had me arrested for simple assault. Then, when I finally was let go and had to walk home from the police station he bagged all of my suits and clothes into 19 garbage bags and said I had 3 hrs to get out.
Now, its been almost a month since the breakup. I have the work anxiety and cant sleep. I keep going back to that one night if that night never happened I would still be with him. I feel terrible I hit him. He was just always talking to girl s and not me?? confused...need help...oh and also we have an 6 yr old dog that I took care of and love more than anything.
