Diabetes worry, anyone with any knowledge able to help?

Okay here it goes:

I'm a 20 year old male. 5'8, 160Lbs
I just looked up all the symptoms of diabetes..and of course I fall into basically every symptom. From lack of motivation to excessive eating, to the occasional blurred vision

What I want to know is if I should really follow these symptoms and be concerned?
