Just thought I would share the fact that I am feeling well. I haven't had a panic attack in over 2 weeks :)
I am going running twice a week and rock climbing 3 times a week and I think all the exercise is doing wonders for me - that and the weather has been lovely recently.
Thank you to anyone who has posted to me over the last couple of months.
