Horrible Jaw feeling

ok so ive got this feeling in my jaw i had a wisdom tooth out few weeks ago its all healed now and im used to grinding my teeth on it but now when i do it its not there and feels weird now today i have this horrible feeling in my jaw like i don't really know how to explain it like its either pulled a jaw muscle or it feels stiff or crampy i don't know but its been worrying me all day and have already had a little panic attack over it witch i managed to calm myself down but now im still thinking what is it its so annoying ive googled it and something came up about having anxiety witch can cause it :weep:

so thought i would ask see if anyone else had had anything like this
