Advice needed. Might need to swap

Hi all.
Ive been on Fluoxetine for a couple of months and it has really helped with the depression.
Only thing is its causing a couple of other problems.
The only painkiller i can taje for my Crohns is tramodol which is not to be taken with fluox.
Plus i am having problems with my skin and i feel dizzy as hell all the time.

I have to be careful what i take due to having Crohns and also having recurring eating disorders.
Any ideas or tips would be great.

To be honest chick, you need to speak to a pharmacist/GP only they will be able to advise about drug interactions. I hope you find a solution though, it's so hard having physical health issues aswell as mental health ones. X

Have u tried sertraline? Thats supposed ro be good for peopl who take well to fluoxetine and it was certainly true for me?
Im no Dr by any means so best to speak to your gp about your options xx
