Im new

Hello

I came across this site and thought i would give it ago. Im 41 years old and live with depression and social anxiety and probably other health problems as well.
Social anxiety have kinda taken over my life, i have no friends find it really hard to make friends and am forever lurking around trying to make friends.. So here i am giving this ago,
So far i have found it really hard to find people of my own age that live with social anxiety it always seems to be people of the younger generation ... are there people out there of similar age to me ?
