Hi All,
I discovered this forum the other night and am hoping that I can reach out to others regarding my obsessive fears and, in turn, help others people manage their own.
I've has Health Anxiety/Avoidant type hypochondria since I was about 15 or so. Some times are worse, some are better.
I've decided to seek therapy for mine because I really just cannot live like this anymore.
I'm 39 years old.
