Physical running causing me to have panic attacks that last for a couple of seconds is it normal for that I'm so worried

Symptoms feel like I can't breath and heart racing

Physically, running is replicating the exact conditions of a panic attack... but everyone feels that way when they run. Other people just don't associate it with the sensation of a panic attack. I went through this when I started cycling, and often it would wipe me out because I was worried, too.

It just really cuasing distress it's braking me

I get this too!! I run a lot to burn of my anxious feelings and from time to time it happens, just stop for a second have some water and keep going. Music helps a lot also to take your mind off of it. It's completely normal though xXxd
