Hello everyone, my name's Gray. A facebook friend told me about this site and I'm glad that he did. I've suffered with Panic disorder, Social anxiety disorder and agoraphobia for many years. Suffering with mental health issues can often be an isolating experience, so groups such as this are very important.

I'm much better than I used to be and continue to make progress. My issues do not define me, they are just a tiny part of who i am :winks:

Welcome to NMp, Gray. Great attitude, as our issues with anxiety certainly do not have to define us. We can overcome the anxieties and the agoraphobic thinking with some great tools in a well stocked toolbox. I think that you will find a great deal of good advice and assistance on NMP. Many people with good recovery to support you.
