Hi everyone, I used this forum some years ago but have felt the need to return after a break due to increasing problems with panic, health anxiety and illness (which I think has been made worse by stress) and other issues.
I think I would like to reconnect to this community, which I remember as being really caring and understanding, and with people who really 'get' my problems.
Love to you all. I really look forward to getting involved with this community and speaking to you all again.
