I've had panic attacks/feel panicky
Agoraphobia
Anxiety...

Then I've got symptoms I don't know whether they are connected xxx

I felt like that too when I joined, There are descriptions under the different forums which are really helpful but it all felt like a blur of words to me at first lol.

I've posted different things about my agoraphobia in the panic attack and in the phobia forum before. As long as you try no one will mind x
