My HA hasn't been so bad lately, but now I'm scared again. I've been extra weak lately (I'm always weak due to a thing I have) and I'm getting headaches, shortness of breath, incredible sleepiness and my head is a total fog. Then I noticed that under my eyes is peachy instead of red like usually. Now I'm a vegetarian and a young woman, so it is possible I've gotten regular anemic due to not taking my iron very often. But my symptoms seem so bad I'm worried it's the kind of anemia where your body is destroying red blood cells. And (tmi warning) my urine has been dark (a symptom of it) but I'm on my period and I can't tell if it's different to usual. Either that or I'm worried that regular anemia has gotten so bad it'll damage me. I have a blood test scheduled for Thursday :unsure:
