Heart skipping beats

Can't really afford to get this checked but my heart keeps skipping beats. I've gone to the doctor quite a bit because of my anxiety but have never had this happen.

It's definitely very common with anxiety, and generally speaking not something to worry about unless it's caused by a medical condition. You won't know that unless you get it checked out though.

My guess is that it's simply down to anxiety. For example mine yesterday was skipping every 8-15 beats, just pausing for a half second or so.

Try and sit down and do some deep breathing exercises and see if that helps.

It also happens to me more after I've just eaten, for some reason.

Thanks so much for the reply. That's exactly what mines doung . My anxiety was doing so much better until this. Drats.
