Heart flutters

Hi does anyone get heart flutters/ thumps then a feeling of lightheaded sort of woozy? I am hoping this is all anxiety related but it does scare me

I get flutters all the time and thumps but it's all anxiety.

i DO all the time, it really worries me, its on and off though, if im really stressed its worse !!!
