About 2 and 1/2 weeks ago I got post-nasal drip (I think) but it hasn't gone away. I constantly have this cold feeling in either my throat or my ears. It can either feel like I've had incredibly minty chewing gum or like there are liquid ice cubes in my throat/ears. I'm hoping to see my GP about it but I was wondering whether anybody else has had something like this.
As someone with emetophobia it does make me worry about whether I'll be sick and I'm worried about eating because of that.
Can anyone help?
