I'll vouch for spinning room and dizziness being anxiety and/or from PAs. There are points I even fell against my wall trying to run for I don't know what, to the phone to call paramedics thinking I was dieing?!?!?! Horrible feeling! I have been doing good now just meditating, walking, and staying on my meds. Good luck cookieb :)
