I think I just bought CBT4 panic by accident on don't know how much it costs I registered to look at the site and haven't downloaded anything but I hope I haven't can anyone advise

If it didn't ask you to put in any bank details then you have got the free one. It is an excellent programme.

I'll second and third what Annie said! It is excellent. Had two years panic free with it. Well, I had a bloody good life for two years. Didn't get all the way there, but maybe this time :D

It just said anything downloaded will show up on your bank statement or something like that wanted to try it followed the link on someone's post
