View Full Version : Light headed, possible related to diet and exercise

About a month ago decided to take control and finally lose some weight, joined my fitness pal and calculated all my data and it games me 1200 cals to eat each day, also managing to lose 200 cals a day exercising, 3 days ago started to get light headed feeling constantly, asked on the mfp forum and it was suggested I was not eating enough calories, so I upped my calories yesterday.

I think I know deep down that it probably the reason for the lightheaded feeling, but the "what if its something else" is rearing its ugly head, trying to remember everything I learned while at CBT, but the worrying thoughts are taking over tonight.

Need to get a grip. Any comments appreciated.
