Get up and go ? i can not do it?

I Have been 1 month already out of work they gave me lay off ..and now I have to look for a new job and ! ! but every day that pass Is more harder for me to get up and go for a new job,, I just don't have this energy with me and I don't know how to obtain it ?? I take ephedrine and caffeine that use to give me energy in the past but seems like is not working anymore no matter how much I take it just don't work.:weep: I KNOW THAT CAFFEINE AND EPHEDRINE IS NOT THE BEST RECIPY FOR ANXIETY BUT due to the medications that I take makes me feel tire and my motivation is not anymore with me?? ANY ONE HERE CAN GIVE A GOODN STAFF FOR ENERGY??

Do you exercise? Exercise has helped me feel more motivated and able to do more. Now if I don't do it, I feel lazy.
