Freaked

This isn't something I get super often during attacks, but I just had a 'head-centred' panic attack where I started to get pains in my head, blocked ear and kind of blurry vision. Then I got this intense 'mind going to overload and crack' feeling for a few seconds. It was terrifying and almost felt physical. I know that people get these sensations during attacks, but they're a bit more unusual for me and I'm quite freaked out :unsure:
