electric shock!

OK I'm freaking out. When I unplugged my laptop charger earlier from the extension lead i accidentally touched a pin on the plug as I was pulling it out and got an electric shock. This happened a few weeks ago too. I feel fine but I'm really scared its harmed me :-(
