brain tumor fear

i've had brain tumor fears twice at different times. this time it's phantom smells. i know it sounds ridiculous but i swear on my life that i'm smelling pancakes. i don't know if this is the low point of my anxiety but that is the only symptom i have. i have headaches but migraines and it's a family issue. no seizures no vomiting. any advice?

I have this as well. I think certain things trigger our memories and now that you are focusing on it it's becoming an anxiety issue. I get migraines too. I hate them. At least the smell is pancakes.
