Worried About MS (21 Year Old Male)

I am very worried that I have MS, Here is what i currently have... Visual Snow, HA, Dyslexia, Bad Allergies, Asmtha, Post Nasal Drip, Add.

Here is why Im worried:

My legs feel tired when walking up stairs

I sometimes feel dizzy when i stand up sometimes

I have a weird electric shock feeling in my chest and rib cage when coughing laughing and yelling occicinaly (doctor said it is musle inflamation)

I have lower back pain and hurts so bad sometimes I cannot go for a long jog

I have 2 floaters in my vision

2 impinged nerves in elbows

please help me out I have very worried and this is my biggest fear. I go to the gym everyday and feel healthy but am really worried about this
