Face feels hot
Heart is not what I would call fast but pounding is present
Feels like I can't breath properly feels tight round rib cage
I have done a PeakFlow done not show any problems
Everytime I think negative i get a sudden doom feeling

I went to AnE last night with same problem

Concentrate on your breathing and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a count of 5 then let it out slowly through your nose. keep repeating until you feel calmer.

Try to keep calm, it will pass, we have all been through this. I used to stand in the Garden, breath in and out like Annie said and look up at the Sky and it would go. I always took my phone with me as a comfort incase I had to call someone. Try drinking a glass of tap water as well, sometimes helps a bit, but sip it not gulp. I used to phone 111 all the time and everytime they told me it was a Panic Attack.

Sometimes taking a shower or bath helps.

Pacing outside in cool air seems to help me as well
