Dizziness when laughing

Hi i have always got low iron and ferritin, and diffently anxiety but seems to all mix together, but i have had for ages now bad dizziness like im gonna pass out when i laugh alot on the phone especially "note i don't laugh alot anymore" is that why my body does'nt know how to cope with it? anyone else get this, i also get a feeling all day sometimes like i have just blown up 100 balloons and im flushed almost inside with air sorry cant explain?????

i think this is due to you inhaling too much air when laughing if that makes any sense???
its normal hun don,t worry!like you say, its like when you blow up a balloon or blow on some thing to cool it down

I would look into narcolepsy. This is one of the symptoms.

Hi,

I've not had the dizziness but I suppose something similar. Sometimes I get a feeling of detachment when I laugh and automatically I stop as I feel so weird. I used to be quite jovial but now I rarely crack a smile so maybe it has something to do with it.
