I have been feeling anxious all day. Cant stand being in town anymore. i keep feeling like someone is following me. Keep feeling like everyone is against me.

also, I feel like everything i do breaks up mine and my friends friendship. Always making people annoyed and hate me. I hate myself right now. I feel so alone like no one understands. I just want someone to give me a cuddle and tell me everyhting is ok. That is never going to happen. I have no one. :weep: xxxx

Hi Soph...I'm new here, but it seems that there is a lot of support. Do you have anyone you can talk to like a parent or sibling, neighbor, etc? If not, keep talking amd reaching out here until you start feeling better. We all go through slumps. I'm feeling down today too...so I am totally with ya. :hugs:
