I have had constant panic attacks that are lasting or feeling like hours on end.

Can't seem to get them to go its like after one panic attack has finished it's rolling into another one...

I'm finding sweaty palms and heart ponding/racing and the feeling i'm not getting enough air/oxygen it feels like i have to make effort

I have tried calming myself down and breathing properly but its not working

please someone get back to me with somthing more i can do

You try breathing in a paper bag? Did you try distracting yourself? Video games? Try and shock your system and dump a big bowl of ice water over your head (over the sink). Anyone you can call and talk to?

Try to focus on something else. When I was having an asthma attack, I thought I was going to die. For a moment when I focused on the sensation of going up hill in the car (on the way home to get my inhaler), I felt better and breathed better. Is there a sensation you can focus on? I used to pinch my elbow to keep my anxiety in check in public. Focus on the sensation and breathe deeply.

Whatever is concerning you right now - it's not important enough to make you feel this bad. Let your cares go, just for tonight. Just for tonight, forget about everything. You can think about dealing with it tomorrow. Just for tonight, be nice to yourself.

Video games and word search puzzles help me cuz they distract me. Try something like that.
