Stomach/groin pain

Hi, I haven't been on here for ages and been doing so well and now I am in the grips of HA again! This year I have joined a gym to get fit but hasn't been great as obviously causes aches and pains that I then worry about. The latest ones I am petrified about.... Start getting terrible pain in upper leg and groin area that eventually doc says is muscular and referred me to physio. So stopped doing leg stuff at gym and only did weights for arms. Now the last two days I have bad stomach pains like severe period pains, stabbing/cramp pains (I have a coil fitted so don't really menstruated just have occasional bleeding). I am getting in such a state as am convinced it is the C word! I just read in the news about a lady who had same symptoms and doc just said it was muscular and she died of cervical cancer!!!

Please help as I am really scared again!! :(
