Head pressure/stomach pain

On and off for a few months I have had a strange sensation of pressure on a patch on the top of my head and seems to coincide with stomach (not bowel) bloating/discomfort. I also get a few seconds of head throbbing whenever I stand up. I also find I sometimes get the head pressure when I lie on my stomach.

Any ideas?!

Hello. Can you describe the stomach pain at all? I have had instances where two symptoms happened at the same time and were related, or were only a coincidence, so I just wanted some more info before I tried to respond!

I think the stomach pain the other day might have been because I have been on antibiotics. I'm wondering if the head pressure might not actually be because of my stomach but because of poor posture when sitting causing neck tension.

Just an idea!
