Hi Everyone
Yesterday morning when I woke up I had pins and needles in both hands which pretty much scared me till late afternoon and then it subsided, this morning i've woke up and it's all over my left hand now! (hence the storm brewing)
I've been really stressed lately and 3 panic attacks a day for the past week or so my sleep pattern is screwed up, i've been doing everything to distract myself but because it's a second day of this I'm worried :weep:
Anyone else had this from waking and it's lasted a while or am I on my own here? I'm on the verge!
