Hot Face making me panic

Hi,

I've recently found that the left side of my face keeps getting hot, my ear aches and I get all I can describe as a tension headache. The headache tends to be left side just above my ear. As you can imagine I'm panicking thinking it's a brain tumour or something, this all started when I got tonsilitis a few weeks ago, Doc checked me and couldn't see anything and all I can put it down to is HA, does anyone else suffer with this, I'm scared?

Sometimes one side of my face gets hot too or one of my ears will get hot and turn bright red. I dont know why but it has happened many times over the years and I dont worry about it x

Yeah my ears go bright red and my cheeks and hot its done this for as long as I can remember I dont worry about it try not to xx
