Palps are back

I've not had any palps for about ten days, fantastic, then on Saturday night out of the blue they have started again, constantly every ten seconds or so for two or three hours at a time, then stops for twenty minutes or so then back again, I don't get any racing, just a missed beat, with a thump, I sometimes find after a couple of hours my chest and the thump is a bit sore, but put that down to muscles in my chest. I am going to try hypnotherapy !! I'm going to book a consultation to see if he can help, has anyone ever tried hypnotherapy, and did it help.
