Sore chest

I have been having quite bad attacks and now my throat is sore and my chest aches is this normal? :(

Hi Kayleigh,

Yes I have the same when having a bad patch with anxiety. It's from tense muscles and the adrenalin. There's another reason for it anxiety symptom related but can't remember.

Good news though, you will be completely ok and as you relax over a week you will start to feel better
