Hi everyone.
So, I think I'm at 14 weeks of the zoloft. (2 1/2 weeks at 100mg) and I am not sure I am getting the benefit I need. I am able to do more, I can drive now, go some places alone, talk to friends..etc. So, my doctors do think I am making progress...
Its just that the adrenaline rushes haven't stopped, the anxiety is always there, and the health anxiety wont budge either. I go to CBT, I take xanax, I do all of my CBT homework.
I still wake at 6 am every morning in a panic. My appetite sucks..
Have I given this med enough time? I am losing hope and I am scared I am going to be this way forever...
