I've been getting this a lot recently, and it's a little baffling.
I keep getting a similar feeling that I used to get as a kid when I was excited about something like christmas, birthday presents or going to a theme park etc.
It's a little nervous excitement in my stomach that I almost have to tense my muscles and shake my arms (like you would as a kid!)
This happens when I'm not anxious, although I notice it more if I'm watching something funny on the TV or having an excitable conversation with somebody.
It's really weiiird!
