Blood in Phlegm

I have a mild cold since a week ago, so I have phlegm in the throat but I don't cough and I have to force it out, kind of suck them out from the throat.

Yesterday, I noticed that there is blood in the phlegm. The amount is about 80% of the phlegm. There is still blood today too and it's the first time I'm having blood in the phlegm for more than a day.

I have no blood in the urine and poo, no dizziness and fever and it does not hurt when I force out the phlegm too.

It's probably just an irritated airway honestly but I'd get it checked out just to be safe. Or at least call your doctor and see what they recommend.

It would be best to see a doctor about this as they could physically assess you. With colds I have experienced a small amount of blood from my nose but especially since you are experiencing a large amount of it please do get it checked out.
